As an activity and recreation worker, you will provide services at Tri-Lake Health Centre, including Bayside Personal Care Home. You will work with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members while supporting physical and mental wellbeing. The position requires program planning, communication, documentation, and independent work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and implement recreation programs for clients
- Develop creative activities around client interests, needs, and wishes
- Organize group activities and provide selected task instruction
- Communicate client progress with interdisciplinary team members




- Maintain activity statistics, records, supplies, and monthly reports

Requirements:

- Grade 12 education meeting Manitoba standards
- Two years recent relevant client experience in healthcare or recovery
- Current Food Handler Training Certificate Level 1 or willingness to obtain
- Province of Manitoba Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
