Serve Birchwood Collision Centre customers through explicit repair communication, accurate paperwork, and thoughtful follow-up during their collision experience. The schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

As a Collision Consultant, you will build rapport, explain needed repairs and costs, and support customer satisfaction. The position reports directly to the Production Manager and handles customer communications throughout collision repair orders. Microsoft applications, organization,



and time management support daily work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage phone inquiries from collision repair customers
• Welcome customer walk-ins at Birchwood Collision Centre
• Communicate required repairs and associated costs
• Complete appropriate collision repair order paperwork
• Follow up to help ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities
• Business or related post-secondary education preferred
• Detailed, organized, and effective time management skills
• Comfort using technology and Microsoft applications
