Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership is recruiting a Band 5 Occupational Therapist for its established team. Provide person-centred assessment and intervention while enabling safe, timely discharge from hospital. The post offers development through supervision, support for students and Occupational Therapy support staff, and involvement in service development and quality improvement. It is a static post rather than part of the NHS Grampian Band 5 rotational programme.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide person-centred occupational therapy interventions




- Manage a designated patient caseload
- Enable safe and timely discharge
- Work with families, carers, and colleagues
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement

Requirements:

- Occupational Therapy MSc or BSc qualification
- HCPC registration or registration eligibility
- Interest in community hospital rehabilitation
- Enjoy cooperative multidisciplinary working
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a car
