As a Counter Sales Representative, you will deliver customer-focused service for heavy-duty parts and equipment. Your work includes answering detailed product questions, optimizing transactions, supporting warranty and return needs, and following sales pricing procedures. Special projects, online training, and branch assignments may also be included.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships through aftermarket heavy-duty parts expertise
- Optimize transactions by recommending products and solutions
- Support returns, warranty claims, special orders, and defects
- Follow pricing, invoicing, credit,



and freight billing procedures
- Champion brand lines and complete online training as needed

Requirements:

- Similar Agriculture, Automotive, or Trailers experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
- Multilingual Hindi, Punjabi, or Urdu skills are an asset
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to safety excellence
- Ability to lift fifty to seventy-five pounds
