Lead room inspections at Aramark’s remote lodge operation using housekeeping standards, the Inspector App, and detailed quality checks. Work a 20-day onsite, 10-day offsite rotation.

This experienced Housekeeping Lead and Room Inspector supports daily housekeeping activities and accommodation readiness. You will review occupancy, arrivals, departures, and priorities with Operations and Housekeeping leadership. The work also includes coaching team members, documenting deficiencies, and coordinating corrective actions before guest arrivals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect arrival, occupied, and vacant rooms using the Inspector App
- Verify cleanliness, presentation, safety, and readiness standards
- Document and communicate housekeeping and maintenance deficiencies




- Coordinate follow-up and reinspect rooms after corrective actions
- Monitor quality trends, standards compliance, and training opportunities

Requirements:

- One to two years of housekeeping experience
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and inspection procedures
- Excellent attention to detail
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with checklists or digital reporting tools
