Reporting to the Manager, Application Technology, you will consult with business units and IT partners to identify challenges, opportunities, and risks. You will analyze processes, translate requirements into technical specifications, and support strategic initiatives. The role focuses on practical solutions, operational effectiveness, and meaningful value for teams and members.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related discipline
- Three or more years in business or business systems analysis
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating technical requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
