Rogers is seeking an Employee Relations Investigator for a 12-month acting assignment based in Calgary, AB. You will investigate ER complaints as a neutral party from inception to conclusion, ensuring alignment with laws and Rogers policies while triaging WHVP concerns where applicable.

You will prepare notifications and letters, collect evidence, assess credibility, analyze findings, and deliver unbiased reports to HR/ER partners.
