Protect Sephora assets at BC-Pacific Centre in Vancouver through retail surveillance, theft deterrence, and operational control support. This is a full time position.As an Asset Protection Partner, you will protect store assets against theft and work with Leadership to reduce shortage. Responsibilities include CCTV surveillance, apprehensions, reporting, audits, employee training, and inventory support. You will also collaborate with law enforcement, mall security, retailers, stores, and the District Loss Prevention Manager.Key Responsibilities:Conduct sales-floor and CCTV surveillance to deter external theftPrepare theft, recovery, accident investigation, and audit reportsProvide loss prevention training for new and current employeesConduct self-audits, checklists,



and safety inspectionsAssist Leadership with inventory preparation and processingRequirements:One year of retail asset protection or loss prevention experienceHigh school graduation or equivalentRequired provincial or local licensing eligibility and maintenanceStrong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal skillsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysApply retail loss prevention, surveillance, reporting, and communication skills while protecting Sephora operations at Vancouver's BC-Pacific Centre.
