Oversee multi-unit residential operations for CLV, applying maintenance leadership and building systems knowledge across an assigned property portfolio.As an experienced Property Operations Manager, you will direct daily operations, maintenance activities, and portfolio performance. Your work will support timely building responses, safety, regulatory compliance, preventative maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
