This role combines clinical expertise, patient education, emotional support, and operational coordination in a collaborative, fast-paced clinic setting.Location:2360 Yonge St 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON M4P 2E6Weekday ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Clinical CoordinationCollaborate daily with Physicians, Nurses, Laboratory, and Administrative teamsEducate and counsel patients on treatment plans, medications, consents, and financial processesCoordinate and prepare patients for diagnostic testing and treatment cyclesProvide emotional support and guidance throughout treatmentMonitor patient recovery following egg retrieval proceduresDispense medications accurately and ensure pharmacy inventory is maintainedCommunicate medical instructions and results via phone, email, and patient portalMaintain accurate, thorough,



and timely clinical documentationClinical Standards & CompliancePractice in accordance with the standards and Code of Ethics of the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)Maintain confidentiality and safeguard patient records at all timesParticipate in developing and maintaining departmental policies and standards of careEnsure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and dress codeTeam & Professional ResponsibilitiesPromote a respectful, collaborative, and positive work environmentAttend staff and clinic-wide meetingsDemonstrate punctuality and reliabilityAddress conflict constructively and align behaviours with Pollin’s mission and valuesUndertake additional tasks and projects as assignedWeekend & Monitoring ResponsibilitiesMeet with patients during cycle monitoring to review results and dispense medicationsPerform stimulation checks, including review of stimulation sheets and requisitionsCollaborate with REI physicians to review results and obtain updated treatment ordersBook IUIs and semen collection appointments for cycle monitoring patientsContact patients daily with results and instructionsSchedule egg retrieval procedures (OPUs) for IVF patients as requiredOrganize and coordinate patient appointmentsWeekend, holiday, and on-call rotation participation is required.QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN)Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)Current Professional Liability InsuranceCurrent BCLS certification required (ACLS considered an asset)Must have minimum 5 years of experience in a fertility settingSkills & CompetenciesStrong patient education and counseling skillsAbility to explain complex treatment plans, procedures, risks,
