Shape client decisions through mineral resource reporting and technical advisory work with ERM, preferably from Toronto or Vancouver. This is casual, as-needed employment.

As a Principal Technical Consultant, Geologist, you will serve as a trusted advisor and Qualified Person under NI 43-101. The position requires solid geological interpretation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. You will contribute across Canada and international jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a Qualified Person under applicable reporting standards
- Conduct grade interpolation and validate resource estimation results
- Prepare mineral resource estimation reports for clients
- Strengthen client relationships and ERM’s Canadian technical footprint




- Integrate resource evaluations with multidisciplinary global teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Geology or equivalent experience
- Professional Geologist designation in a Canadian province
- Six or more years of geological and mining experience
- Experience with precious, base, and critical minerals
- Experience applying CIM, JORC, NI 43-101, and SK1300
