As Director, Event Technology I, you will manage revenue, profitability, operations, customer service, and team performance for assigned locations. Your work includes labor and equipment cost control, event setups and strikes, client proposals, venue coordination, technical troubleshooting, and employee development. The position reports to the Area Director, Venues or RVP, Venues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage location revenue, profitability, billing, forecasts, and financial reports
- Oversee scheduling, equipment setups, strikes, inventory, and venue meetings
- Create proposals, present solutions,



and support event sales strategies
- Maintain customer and venue relationships throughout event delivery
- Coach employees and verify training on standards and systems

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three-plus years of audio visual experience
- One-plus years of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of live-show audio visual equipment
- Computer, Microsoft Office, leadership, and customer satisfaction proficiency
