Support Woodstock’s municipal collection services as an Emterra Group Waste Operations Supervisor. Coordinate staffing, service issues, and operational safety.

This Route Supervisor works hands-on across recycling, organics, and waste collection operations. Reporting to the District Manager, you will support municipal contracts, maintain service standards, and work alongside the Operations Manager. Customer relations, documentation, and safety reporting are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with all aspects of collection operations
- Coordinate staffing needs with the Operations Manager
- Participate in interviews and pre-employment road tests
- Document ongoing service and driver issues
- Report workplace safety issues immediately to management

Requirements:

- Preference for waste management experience
- G license required; DZ license an asset
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with pre and post trip inspections
- Intermediate Microsoft database, spreadsheet, and word processing skills
