As a Service Response Coordinator, you will administer service activities across planning, execution, invoicing, and customer support. Review requests, validate approvals, and maintain service management updates. Work closely with Repair Planners, Service Supervisors, customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Support Service Excellence governance while identifying risks affecting scope, budget, schedule, or delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review service requests and supporting documentation for MCO creation
- Validate approvals, warranty requirements, service history, and commercial requirements
- Coordinate scheduling, transportation,



contractors, and site access
- Maintain real-time work order and documentation updates
- Review completed orders and support timely invoicing

Requirements:

- Secondary education with relevant business or finance coursework
- Two to four years coordinating service, projects, or maintenance
- Experience in dealership or industrial environments
- Field service or heavy equipment experience considered an asset
- Solid customer and stakeholder communication abilities
