The Program Assistant supports the Academic Chair and Associate Chairs with daily academic activities and program operations. You will prepare correspondence, reports, and documents while coordinating with instructors, technicians, Student Advising, and the Registrar’s Office. The position also supports meetings, records, enrolment activities, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare correspondence, reports, and program documents using Microsoft Office
- Maintain electronic and paper program records accurately
- Support standing program and school meetings




- Coordinate projects for Industrial Automation & Design programs
- Plan school and program-specific events

Requirements:

- Grade Twelve Diploma in Business, Office Administration, or related discipline
- Experience in an administrative role
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite product knowledge
- Robust organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 11 kilograms
