The Regional Operations Director oversees operational performance, organizational effectiveness, and financial results across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Working with executive leadership and the VP, Operations & Supply Chain, this leader executes multi-year plans, capital priorities, and organizational strategies. The scope includes safety, customer service, productivity, inventory, leadership development, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Optimize performance across Western Canada service centers Co-develop operating plans and capital investment initiatives Own budgets, forecasts, variance analysis,



and profitability Develop Branch Managers and regional leaders Represent the region in national leadership forums Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, or related discipline 10–15 years of progressive multi-site leadership experience Experience with strategic planning and capital allocation Solid financial, analytical, and decision-making capabilities Ability to travel 30–50% within the assigned region Apply regional operations leadership, financial management, and organizational development expertise across Western Canada’s service centers.
