Lead training and recruitment for Couche-Tard/Circle K in Calgary, using adult education and digital learning skills in office. Support operators and managers across Western Canada through effective programs and field training.

As Training Manager, you will report to the Director of Human Resources – Western Canada. You will recruit and train Independent Store Operators and corporate store managers while supporting training design, development, and delivery. Collaboration with Operations and internal stakeholders will support Western Canada business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shortlist, interview, and train new Store Operators
- Design and deliver training programs and resources
- Develop online training using Articulate 360




- Facilitate in-person and online training sessions
- Coach and develop Quality Assurance Specialists and Field Trainers

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Business, Human Resources, or Adult Education
- Minimum two years of related experience preferred
- Full-cycle recruitment experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 40–60%
