Oversee RIMOWA retail operations with inventory control, POS accuracy, merchandising, and luxury customer service. Lead teams while protecting business and service standards.

The Store Manager is accountable for RIMOWA’s overall store objectives and day-to-day execution. You will ensure accurate goods receipt, transfers, inventory counts, repairs, POS reporting, and window displays. The role also develops sales associates, maintains corporate culture, and builds recent and existing client relationships through outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate inventory needs with business leaders
- Manage repairs according to RIMOWA policies and procedures
- Conduct inventory counts and oversee stock movement




- Maintain POS functions for accurate store reporting
- Merchandise stores and execute company-directed window displays

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least five years’ luxury retail management experience
- Proven talent for managing and developing cohesive teams
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift boxes up to 20 pounds repeatedly
