This intermediate-level position supports Paladin Security’s enterprise technology environments across Canada and the United States. You will streamline IT operations while maintaining Windows Server, virtualization, storage, backup, and Microsoft services. Operational support determines the 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM schedule. The role also addresses security, continuity, and complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write PowerShell scripts and automation routines
- Support virtualization platforms, storage networks, and backup infrastructure
- Monitor system availability and execute routine patching
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues




- Support disaster recovery tests and business continuity planning

Requirements:

- Three or more years supporting systems administration, infrastructure, or IT operations
- Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Proven PowerShell or standard automation scripting ability
