Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Registered Health Care Aide (HCA) to provide one-to-one client support in the Vancouver area. The role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, safety, and person-centered care based on the individual care plan.

The successful candidate will work independently in a community/home setting, assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, and community participation while maintaining confidentiality and skilled boundaries.
