Lead IT controls and external audit programs at Favia while working fully remotely across security, technology, engineering, and finance teams. Favia seeks a senior qualified for its Security Compliance function and enterprise-scale controls program. You will lead SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations, support SOX execution, and strengthen IT control processes. The work spans complex technology environments and evolving Web3 standards. Key Responsibilities:

Lead SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations under AICPA standards Support SOX planning, scoping, readiness, and control-owner training Assess control design, operating effectiveness, gaps, and remediation Advance IT general and application controls across technology teams Maintain auditor-ready documentation and support evidence collection Requirements:

Five or more years in external IT audit or technology risk assurance Hands-on ICFR and SOX 404 framework experience Experience with Big Four firms or regulated external auditors Experience assessing hybrid and cloud-based environments Strong communication, organization, and remote-work effectiveness Apply IT controls, SOX, SOC examinations, and audit judgment to strengthen Favia’s security compliance program remotely.
