This part time Supervisor develops Sales Associates through training, product knowledge, and visual merchandising guidance. The position supports profitable sales through sales and margin reviews, effective space management, and maintained store graphics. You will also help deliver inspirational experiences built on LEGO Brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review sales and margin information to maximize profitable sales
- Maintain effective store graphics, including pricing
- Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques
- Replenish fixtures and support effective space management
- Motivate teams through LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values

Requirements:

- Leadership or management experience in specialty retail
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Experience delivering employee training
- Cash handling and inventory or sales auditing experience
- Availability for up to 30 hours weekly
