Provide individualized inclusion support from Monday to Friday at YMCA BC’s Frost Road Kids Club in Surrey. Strengthen belonging through supervision.

Working ten hours weekly from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., this permanent, part time School Age Leader supports children ages 5–12. You will help create a safe, welcoming program space while applying care plans, enhanced supervision ratios, and inclusive practices. The program operates on Pro D days, with potential work during breaks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure children’s safety, engagement, and overall well-being
- Apply individualized support and enhanced supervision ratios
- Promote learning, wellness, inclusion, and self-esteem
- Mentor new staff and volunteers when required
- Communicate with participants, partners, and program teams

Requirements:

- At least nineteen years of age
- Reliability, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of positive behaviour support strategies
- Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn software
- Three satisfactory references required
