Design and support high-quality ServiceNow platform capabilities remotely across Canada, collaborating with stakeholders on workflows, integrations and technical delivery.

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will address complex requirements and recommend reusable ServiceNow solutions. Your work spans platform applications, modules, custom-scoped development and integrations using REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, Orchestration and IntegrationHub. You will also support project activities and delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify dependencies within business and system requirements
- Design ServiceNow applications, modules and custom solutions
- Build and enhance platform integrations
- Resolve complex issues independently




- Coordinate assigned activities for on-time delivery

Requirements:

- Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related degree
- Three to five years’ relevant experience or equivalent education
- ServiceNow integration experience across listed technologies
- Experience with Service Portal and Flow Designer
- Solid problem-solving, communication and consulting skills
