Keep Ontario highways moving with Miller’s winter maintenance team, operating loaders and combo plow units while completing routine equipment repairs. Safety remains central.

As a Snow Plow Operator, you will perform contracted maintenance for Ontario’s Ministry of Transportation. Your duties include snow removal, route familiarization, sand and salt application, and timely storm call-ins. When off the road, you will complete reports, clean equipment, and support maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate loaders and combo plow units safely
- Patrol, patch, and complete additional maintenance duties
- Familiarize yourself with route maps and application rates
- Record fuel, safety, and service-hour information accurately
- Complete routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs

Requirements:

- DZ or AZ license with clean abstract and CVOR
- Availability to answer call-ins within thirty minutes
- Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work during extreme weather conditions
- Previous winter-works experience and mechanical knowledge preferred
