You will manage Beauty department resources while developing staff performance and collaborative relationships. Responsibilities include mentoring, training, motivating employees, preparing performance appraisals, and demonstrating Blue Culture Principles and C.O.R.E Values. You will also support sales targets, productivity objectives, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor, coach, train, and motivate department staff
- Prepare performance appraisals with the Front Store Manager

- Ensure staff achieve productivity objectives

Requirements:

- Previous experience leading a team
