Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will oversee key accounting functions, support financial reporting, and contribute to strategic financial planning and analysis.Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsLead month-end and year-end closing processesReconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variancesAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementEnsure compliance with GAAP and company policiesCoordinate external audits and tax filingsMonitor internal controls and recommend process improvementsSupport payroll, accounts payable,
