Rimrock Property Management is hiring three Community Managers to lease, operate, and represent their buildings. You will manage occupancy, renewals, resident concerns, and daily property standards. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.M. to 4:30 p.M.This full-time position suits professionals with residential leasing or in office multifamily management experience. Key work includes prospect tours, application screening, lease preparation, move-ins, rent collection, inspections, maintenance coordination, and reporting.



You will apply Alberta's Residential Tenancies Act while keeping records current.Key Responsibilities:Answer leasing inquiries and tour prospective residentsTrack occupancy, conversions, notices, and upcoming renewalsResolve resident concerns and document interactionsCollect rent and follow up on arrearsCoordinate inspections, turnovers, maintenance, and deficienciesRequirements:Current RECA property management licence requiredValid driver's licence requiredTwo or more years of relevant experienceWorking knowledge of Alberta's Residential Tenancies ActProperty management software and Microsoft 365 confidenceBring leasing, occupancy, resident service, and operational discipline to Rimrock's Edmonton communities as an on-site Community Manager.
