Lead critical talent acquisition and complex employee relations for ConeTec across Alberta, the Prairies, and Ontario. This Alberta-based role supports field and office teams. As Lead Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner, you will advise leaders on people priorities across a growing business. The position combines recruitment, workforce planning, investigations, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness. You will initially lead one direct report while strengthening HR capability and consistency. Key Responsibilities:

Lead senior and specialized recruitment for business-critical positions Advise leaders on workforce planning and succession Handle investigations, accommodations,



and conflict resolution Coach leaders through performance management and talent decisions Improve HR tools, workflows, and service standards Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field Six to ten years of progressive HR and talent acquisition experience Advanced employee relations and investigation experience Workforce planning and compensation analysis capability Change-management and HR leadership experience Apply strategic judgment, talent acquisition, and practical HR leadership to strengthen ConeTec’s people priorities across Canada.
