Registered Nurses in Newmarket provide clinical excellence, patient assessment, and collaborative care at Southlake Health in a part-time temporary position.

This Registered Nurse role follows College of Nurses of Ontario standards and Southlake Health policies. You will support patients with complex health issues, contribute to patient flow, and work within an interdisciplinary healthcare team. The position requires ongoing learning, clinical judgment, and quality-focused practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and document each patient’s health status ongoing
- Develop and evaluate individualized Plans of Care
- Coordinate care and assume charge nurse duties
- Provide consultation and clinical support to peers
- Orient recent staff members and students

Requirements:

- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certificate required
- Recent CVA patient experience required
- Competence starting and maintaining intravenous lines
- Excellent physical assessment and critical thinking skills
