Create digital media for BC Children’s and BC Women’s hospitals in Vancouver, using video production and hands-on AV support onsite.

As a Digital Media/AV Specialist with PHSA’s Media Services team, you will manage production from planning and creative development through distribution. You will produce video, audio, animations, photography, and graphics, while supporting webcasting, eLearning, and classroom technology. This temporary, full-time position requires onsite work at PHSA facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and produce professional-quality digital media for multiple formats
- Build interactive eLearning resources with Adobe Creative Suite and web technologies
- Provide live streaming and maintain on-demand media databases
- Troubleshoot AV equipment,



sound systems, connectors, batteries, and bulbs
- Perform preventative maintenance on AV and classroom technology

Requirements:

- Diploma in digital design or recent media
- At least one year of recent related experience
- Proficiency with digital media and AV technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize operational demands and support equipment physically

Support PHSA hospitals through digital production, webcasting, eLearning, and dependable AV troubleshooting across Vancouver facilities.
