Reporting to the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition, this position enhances recruitment for the Service and supports hiring managers throughout selection. The work includes community partnerships, post-secondary initiatives, candidate evaluation, and background checks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with managers to align recruitment with business needs
- Attract candidates through events and community partnerships
- Maintain diverse and sustainable talent pipelines




- Recommend recruitment best practices and sourcing approaches
- Complete candidate background and employment reference checks

Requirements:

- Ability to support internal and external recruitment processes
