This position supports parts operations through sourcing, quoting, ordering, inventory control, and repair sales. Candidates with one to three years of parts or inside sales experience are preferred. Journeyman or equivalent Parts Technician certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge incoming orders and advise customers on delivery
• Source, quote, order, and track parts deliveries
• Charge parts to work orders and invoices
• Process returns and resolve customer complaints

Requirements:
