Lead detailed preparation of customer RV units at ArrKann while supporting team development. This full time position typically runs Monday to Friday.

The Detailer assists Sales and Service by ensuring units are cleaned and presented in the finest possible condition. Alongside interior and exterior detailing, you will coach Detail team members, maintain workflow supplies, and keep operations compliant with safety standards. Success requires initiative and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical guidance and coaching to Detail team members
- Train team members on the job and support development
- Ensure units meet company and customer expectations
- Maintain inventory levels for supplies and equipment
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant
