As Maintenance Manager, you will work with the Executive Director and residence leadership team to exceed resident expectations. Your responsibilities include maintaining physical conditions, supporting housekeeping and maintenance, and fostering sustainable practices. This five-month contract calls for a technically capable, hands-on leader.

Requirements:

- Minimum three years maintenance or environmental services experience

- Certified facility management program or trades license
