As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial decisions. The role combines financial analysis, data structuring, cost accounting, and performance reporting. You will support operational decision-making while maintaining information integrity, controls, and compliance across your scope.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise plant leadership on financial targets and operational performance
- Manage labor spend and recommend corrective actions through variance reporting
- Develop budgets, forecasts, models, and performance insights
- Lead month-end close, accruals,



and complex journal entries
- Cost new products, processes, or equipment initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- Five or more years' progressive financial analysis experience
- Robust financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP reporting skills
- Understanding of cost accounting and variance analysis
