This full time term Technical Lead works alongside the Manager to manage P3 contracts and technical relationships. Regular travel to Penticton is required. - Coordinate partner meetings, check-ins, and conflict resolution
- Lead audits and quality assurance activities across two sites

- Prioritize technical issues under deadline pressure

Requirements:

- Licensed Red Seal certificate in an applicable trade
- Seven to ten years of relevant work experience
- Three years of additional workplace training
- Ability to lead projects and work independently
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
