Frontier School Division seeks a Mental Wellness Worker for its Student Services and Wellness Department. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will support students, school teams, families, and external partners. Services include individual and group counselling, family supports, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual case work, group work, and family supports
- Connect students, schools, families, and external agencies
- Plan proactive, student-centred, strength-based programming
- Assist school teams with crisis response supports




- Deliver consultation and mental wellness education

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work
- Manitoba School Clinician certificate or eligibility
- Current registration with an appropriate licensing body
- Experience in counselling, assessments, interventions, and crisis response
- Valid Manitoba driver's licence and ability to travel
