Empower Simcoe is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Direct Care Professional to join the Accommodation Program - O’Brien House. This role supports people with intellectual disabilities with daily living activities, including finances, medical appointments, personal care and meal preparation, following individual plans.

Minimum requirements include a relevant certificate, geriatric experience as asset, and a explicit criminal record check.
