Manage national youth fundraising growth for the Canadian Cancer Society with strategic accounts, school engagement, and team mentorship.

Reporting to the Manager of Relay for Life Youth, this Senior Specialist contributes to revenue growth and team performance. You will manage a high-value portfolio across Canada, support fundraising capabilities, and develop engagement strategies. The hybrid role is based in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a national portfolio with significant annual revenue responsibility
- Support recruitment, stewardship, and fundraising capability development
- Coach specialists and support onboarding for new team members
- Troubleshoot complex school relationships and share successful practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders on program priorities and growth objectives

Requirements:

- Related post-secondary education or equivalent combination
- Solid customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to negotiate and influence others effectively
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Knowledge of Relay for Life Youth is an asset
