This full time, Monday-to-Friday role supports campus recruitment, intern hiring programs, and full-cycle recruitment. You will engage students, coordinate hiring activities, and maintain candidate communication. The work spans entry-level through management positions while supporting Talent Acquisition priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support campus recruitment strategies across Ontario and Quebec
- Coordinate internship and co-op hiring programs
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates
- Represent the organization at career fairs
- Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers

Requirements:

- Bilingual French and English, written and verbal
- One to three years of relevant recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
