As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will support ERPM and enterprise risk capability through eLearning, workshops, simulations, and performance support. You will partner with subject matter experts, senior leaders, and learning teams to assess needs, define objectives, and measure effectiveness. The work strengthens foundational knowledge, role-specific application, and leadership behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex risk frameworks into learner-friendly content
- Design scenario-based learning across multiple formats
- Assess capability gaps and define learning outcomes
- Write, storyboard, and edit learning interventions
- Measure effectiveness and recommend program enhancements
Requirements:
- Five to seven years of relevant experience typically
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Required Adult Learning accreditation
- In-depth instructional methodologies and adult learning theory
- In-depth accessibility, design thinking, and analytical skills
