As Manager, you will support BDO Canada’s Valuations & Modelling team across diverse industries and enterprise clients. The work combines business valuations, financial analysis, investment entity reviews, fairness opinions, and financial instrument assessments. You will collaborate with senior valuation professionals while mentoring CBV students and analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage business valuation engagements for reporting, tax, compliance, and transactions
- Conduct valuation modelling using established methodologies
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate timely delivery within scope, budget,



and professional standards
- Communicate valuation findings directly with clients

Requirements:

- Five to eight years of valuation, modelling, or financial analysis experience
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or business
- CBV designation or active pursuit of CBV designation
- Strong written, verbal, and team-oriented communication skills
