Lead fixed plant maintenance planning and reliability at Artemis Gold’s Blackwater Mine site in central British Columbia on a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation.

Reporting to the Manager of Fixed Plant Maintenance, the Superintendent leads planning, scheduling, reliability, and asset management functions. The role supports secure, efficient, cost-effective maintenance while maximizing equipment availability, reliability, and performance. Collaboration spans Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Planning and Reliability team
- Oversee fixed plant maintenance plans and schedules
- Manage shutdown, turnaround, and major maintenance planning
- Implement reliability-centered maintenance and failure analysis




- Maintain equipment strategies, asset monitoring, and reliability reports

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in engineering, industrial maintenance, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years progressive industrial maintenance experience
- Minimum five years leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with planning, scheduling, reliability, and asset management
- Ability to work remote camp rotations and 12-hour shifts
