Support Clutch’s Wolfedale facility onsite in Mississauga, troubleshooting devices, applications, networks, and meeting room technology five days per week.

As an IT Operations Specialist, you will become the first contact for facility requests and incidents. You will support Mac and Windows systems, mobile devices, networking, onboarding, and access changes. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will also help establish asset tracking, documentation, and support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage IT requests from troubleshooting through resolution or escalation
- Configure and maintain laptops, iPads, phones, applications, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot wired, wireless, printer, and firewall connectivity issues
- Support meeting rooms, video conferencing, Town Halls, and events




- Document solutions and help implement IT asset management processes

Requirements:

- One to three years of IT support experience
- Hands-on Mac and Windows hardware troubleshooting experience
- Mobile device configuration and enrolment familiarity
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and firewalls
- Explicit communication, follow-through, curiosity, and willingness to learn
