About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze production data from multiple manufacturing sites.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards for tracking operational performance.
- Analyze production trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for management.
- Collaborate remotely with site operations teams to understand local challenges and provide data support.
- Develop predictive models to forecast production output and identify potential risks.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of operational improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update databases and analytical tools.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in production analytics.




- Facilitate virtual meetings and discussions to share insights and drive action.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytical outputs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, operations analysis, or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
