This Business Development Manager supports Sandvik’s Business Development, Market Intelligence and Strategy team for Sales Area Canada. The position combines business development with Indigenous relations across mining and infrastructure. You will connect customer needs, community priorities, and commercial strategy through partnerships, market intelligence, and pursuit planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify mining and infrastructure business opportunities across Canada
- Build Indigenous community and business partnerships through signed agreements
- Develop win plans and support tenders and RFP responses
- Track projects, competitors, pipelines, KPIs,



and CRM data
- Coordinate governance meetings and follow through on commitments
