Reporting to the Space Planning Manager, this Team Lead manages POG production and supports category strategies. The role requires retail merchandising experience, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and practical AI knowledge. You will coordinate with Merchandising, Fixture, POP, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to specialists
- Manage accurate, timely POG production and corrections
- Lead quality control for visual merchandising and data integrity
- Analyze POG and sales metrics for recommendations
- Develop training and support AI capability adoption

Requirements:

- Two to three years of space planning experience
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Robust leadership, collaboration, and coaching skills
- Microsoft 365 proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Practical AI tools knowledge and prompt development experience preferred
