As a Senior Google CCAIP Engineer, you will configure production cloud contact center solutions from approved business and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities:

- Build DTMF IVR menus, mappings, prompts, and navigation logic
- Configure multilingual messaging, consent, and after-hours notifications
- Implement queues, routing, fallbacks, overflow, callbacks, and transfers
- Configure CRM, virtual agent, Agent Assist, and desktop integrations
- Execute tests,



support UAT, and resolve configuration defects

Requirements:

- Five-plus years building production IVR and call-flow solutions
- Two-plus years using Google Cloud Contact Center AI Platform
- Strong DTMF, routing, transfer, timeout, and queue configuration knowledge
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and conversational AI integrations
- Transparent technical documentation and English communication skills
