Reporting to the Director of Finance, this Finance Manager oversees Los Angeles, Current York, and Canadian business units. The role manages three direct reports while partnering with business leaders on strategic decisions, profitability, and operational efficiency. Advanced Excel, financial systems, and accounting principles are central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead monthly financial reporting and performance commentary
- Oversee budgeting and periodic forecasting workflows
- Monitor revenue, P&L;, cash flow, and profitability
- Manage and develop three direct reports




- Improve financial processes, systems, and workflows

Requirements:

- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills
